Please do the following:

If the driver is still onsite, grab your phone and take pictures of the items, then REFUSE the delivery and send it back on the truck.  Flip us an email with the photos and details the same day.

If the driver has come and gone, send us the same email with photos but be sure to keep all original packaging as we are unable to accept goods without it.
